some cmd before sltart line which informs other players that I want to play in the team.
If you write this cmd you can't start, nobody can't toch you,hook you,but all see you intention join a team.You can't afk.
Server write whisper every 2 min , and you need to confirm that you are not afk.

Because joining a team before start line, locking it and asking someone to play with you is too complicated.

well in some maps trolls can put you thought the start line in very little time, making what you suggest hard if your trying to type /team 1. the solution is to bind a kill/Resopawn key & this bind bind KEY "say /team 58; say /team 53; say /lock;say /help invite;echo use /invite PLAYER-NAME;echo Player types /team 58 too except "
Kill then execute that, then use invite the player you want
it joins team 58 if available, if not then team 53, locks it & tell you a little about inviting players

Just type /invite triki - Or the player you want to invite. Then You can lock before anyone else joins and only the invited player can join.
