Your skins are not bad, therefore you definitely not draw like crap))
In general it's better to draw skins in a vector-format like SVG (with eg. Inkscape) and then export it to .png in the desired resolution. You most likely used a pixel-based program (eg. Gimp) and therefore the results are kinda pixaleted in the lower resolutions. However, don't get discouraged))
