Dummy hammer timing bug

I've been experiencing this bug for a long time but never bothered to report it, but it's getting on my nerves quite a lot recently. My
dummy hammer timing is inconsistent and seemingly lags. I can't remember how long I've been experiencing this issue.
Embedded video gives errors so...
https://youtu.be/auYcLSmNgU4
- Current client: DDNet 15.3.1 win64
- Experiencing bug probably since 15.x, maybe before.
- Fresh client download, %appdata% left intact.
- Dummy fly 100% unreliable.

Probably a problem of your internet connection?

Filled a table with internet connections speed but lost the content when opting for a preview and be forced to log in again, twice. -.-
Anyway, these are the connections I tried. Though the hammer timing indeed gets better or worse depending on the source, they all are still unreliable. The data in the table below are measurements from
https://www.speedtest.net that I did in the past on those locations. I didn't test the issue with Teeworlds at those moments but played Teeworlds at other moments using the same connection.
Connection | ping | download | upload |
Home cable | 10 ms | 52 Mbps | 10 Mbps |
Home WiFi | 10 ms | 17 Mbps | 9 Mbps |
Parents' cable | 9 ms | 242 Mbps | 29 Mbps |
Work WiFi | 8 ms | 89 Mbps | 62 Mbps |
4G+ hotspot | 24 ms | 23 Mbps | 6 Mbps |
Am I the only one experiencing the inconsistent dummy hammer timing?

Also, people use a new bind for dummy fly, you could check that out. It's called Deepfly on in DDNet client.

Thanks! This doesn't solve the timing issue but is an awesome workaround, even better than the timed hammer fly.
