Moderator Application [USA]

Hi everyone, I'm lynn! I guess I'll just start with the information dump:
I used to use the name effyn, I'm 23, from the United States, speak English and a tiny bit of Spanish, and I use she/her pronouns. My Discord tag is lynn#3368. I started playing after Steam release (Sept 2020) and I've been playing almost every day since then. I've made a lot of friends on USA servers and I know all the USA moderators already. As a lot of the regulars on the DDNet Discord know, I'm quite active there, so I'd likely be the first to see any activity in the #reports channel, for what it's worth. I'm active between 5pm and 12am PST weekdays (work a 9-5 job) and 3pm to 12am on weekends.
Why I think I should be a moderator:
When I started to feel confident enough playing the game, I started to help out where I could: ban-voting blockers, helping newer players learn novice tech, finishing maps with players, and trying to form relationships with others and start a mini USA community (https://teehou.se). I have a lot of love for every aspect of the game (the devs, the mods, all players new and old, mappers) and I want to commit to every possible thing I can to be more involved. Sorah knows I have a lot of interest in creative / experimental mapping, tela knows how active I am in-game, I just think becoming a moderator would tie all of that up nicely. I've always felt like I've acted like a moderator even though I'm not, and maybe it comes off as annoying or something, but I already try to be as helpful as I can and actively discourage toxic behavior (even if a lot of people are in on it and I'm the odd one out).
As far as the technical side of things goes, I already administrate several servers so I'm familiar with RCON commands / behavior as well as binds, so it shouldn't take me long at all to get into the groove of things. I think that's all I have to say really, so I appreciate you reading the whole thing.
