Moderator Application

Hi, my name is Henry and I'm 19 years old, I'm from Brazil (São Paulo), I speak Portuguese and I have an average English, in which I intend to take a course soon to improve it.
I started playing DDnet a year ago and since then I spend many hours playing every day (morning, noon, night and dawn), on average 12 hours or even more, specifying a certain time of the week is kind of impossible. I'm well known among Multeasymap Brazil players and by most DDrace moderators, everyone knows me as LHPZIN, which has always been my nick.
Many have asked me why I want to become a moderator, and I have a few reasons. I analyzed the complaints chat on the official Discord server and realized that most complaints come from the Multeasymap server, even more from Brazil, and I also noticed that some moderators do not respond to this complaint,
I have reported about 5 times and no responses, and yes, there were moderators online... Besides the blockers constantly appearing on the Multeasymap (there always are) and some novice players don't know how to defend or report, I as a "veteran" player who spend most of my time there, I know a lot well what a mess this server is, the moderators have already complained about it, but I want to improve it... Not only improve, but help everyone who needs some support in the game, it's not just me who had requests for help denied, and I want to change that. I've already dedicated myself to the game a lot, and I'm willing to dedicate myself even more to improving it.
