Moderator Application (Europe)

Hello,
my nickname is Vy0x2.' (since forever), I am a 21 year old student from germany.
Some stats that other applicants mentioned in their applications:
- 2.200h Steam playtime
- playing Teeworlds since 2012, DDNet since 2014
- Time from my couch to my PC to ban blockers reported in #reports: 29.97 seconds (Personal record)
Beside that I play about 15h a week, I can speak/write german and english fluently, basic russian.
I play on all servers close to europe.
I want to create a more enjoyable gaming experience, especially for new players. I think it can be very frustrating sometimes when you spend a lot of time trying to get ahead and then someone blocks your path or even kills you. I would like to help that such situations happen less often. Personally, I rarely get upset and do not let anyone provoke me. So I can de-escalate some situations without having to ban all people until new year.
Since I've been around for a while, I can help new people with common problems and I am active enough to do so in a reasonable time.
