Applying for Mod - Cendren

My name in-game was and still is Cendren today. At age 8 my family moved to New Zealand for 5 years where I grew up with English being my second language. So I speak English and German fluently, today I live in Germany again.
I'm 23 years of age and started playing on DDrace servers at about 2016, but as a kid I already knew about Teeworlds and played it alot even back then.
On average, my steam profile say's I play 4,5h a day the past 2 weeks (it's probably way more than that on other weeks) on which I'm most of the time on high-pop servers (GER/FRA) like so called hammer-hit maps.
Interaction is one of the key things in DDrace and that's exactly what I love about it. I talk with people on voice chat and in-game chat about the history or any other topic. I had so many great moments in this game we drink beer together when we talk on discord. We even meet up in real-life and I have made many good friends through this game.
More often than not I see racist & foul language in chats, people blocking spawn areas or killing others or their dummies on purpose or kick fun-votes being launched and actually going through and no mod in sight to stop it right there and then. I then thought to myself I could have prevented this from happening.
With my years of experience in this game and connection to so many players and my striving to help and be a part of the Moderation team I would be more than happy
to fulfill this duty.
