So I just wanted to ask a quick question about what "evasion" means as reason for a ban. Since around December 2021 i have been getting banned for evasion again and again. Currently I am banned until April 13th I think on every DDnet/DDrace map loool.
It just doesn't make sense to me since I never evaded a ban (obviously, since I wouldn't be banned now if I could avoid it LMAO). It seems to me as if some moderator got insulted by me once and they are now holding a grudge against me. Fragile ego behavior like this is not uncommon in Teeworlds, as you know.^^
So yeah, not asking to be unbanned, just asking for an explanation.

But I dont want to be unbanned. I dont beg for unbanning like K!ked or HeavyGeneral or any of the other no lifers would.

Evasion means you have been banned but you used a new IP address to connect anyway, so in response your new IP address gets banned too.

Oh ok thank you very much for the explanation. I now know that I was in fact banned by some admin holding a grudge against me, since I don't use any form of VPN.
Anyways I guess some active admin read this thread since I am now unbanned. Thank you very much for your time, there are in fact still good moderators out there!

I got banned for evasion again. Happened just now. I joined the SOLO MAP run_guy_25 or whatever its called and not 3 seconds in "You got banned for evasion until April smth". Someone in the moderator team seems to reeeally hate me lol. If whoever banned me reads this: just talk to me, I'm sure we can work it out. Tell me how I hurt you and I'll apologize to you!
