Hey,

My nickname is Nora, I'm 18 years old and I want to apply as a moderator for the turkey server.
Things I should say about myself;
- I' m actively playing ddrace since mid 2021.
- 1000+ hours playtime.
- I can speak Turkish as my native language and English at B2 level.
- I can be active up to +60 hours a week. I have fun playing ddrace as I used to have a passion for speedrun games.

I think the Turkey server is slowly turning into a toxic and not fun server and I'm willing to do my best to fix it. I want to try so that people who are new to the game can see a fun game experience. I don't want the person who has just started the game to join a server with the holy multeasymap and delete the game after getting blocked many times. I believe we can solve them by taking advantage of my activity.

The best person to be a mod in Turkiye. His English is good, his knowledge of the game is above average and he is active enough (9-10 hours). I was going to apply but when I saw that Nora already had an application, I realized I didn't need to apply.

Spent like 4 hours playing maps with him, He's not a ddmax guy just like (YK) memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2990. But he's a really good guy, I would completely trust this player as a moderator even if I just did some maps with him tonight, he has my vote.

I was a little on the edge about this application, but I think it’ll have to be a decline. The reports I get from the community about your behaviour is wildly different to the way you behave around staff. I think you are getting better, but some time is needed for the community perception around you to get better.
