Moderator application [RUS]

Hello everyone, my name is Paul or Pavel, im from Ukraine, I'm 16 years old. I started playing Teeworlds since mid 2018 and DDNet since late 2019, i have decent knowledge of in-game mechanics and server administrating. My current and the only nickname is Anime.pdf.
I had few of my own game servers with custom gamemodes before and currently i'm developing and partly-moderating MRPG-Tee community, also i'm fng moderator on russian servers by noby.
I have good knowledge of English, my native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, also learned Chinese in the past.
I usually spend 1-5 hours a day on DDNet servers, on holidays and weekends could spend up to 7 hours.
Im willing to become DDNet moderator due to growth of community and growth of rules breakers, unfortunately lack of moderators on RU servers(and not only RU) is noticeable and sometimes racists, blockers and cheaters are not punished.

My previous application was declined by several reasons, which I tried my best to resolve. Life made me grow morally, im more competent, reserved and polite than before, trying to stay out of any dramas, help people on subjects i know and be objective to everyone regardless of my personal attitude.

+1, very kind and sympathetic person who helps everyone who asks for his help, ranging from stupid Fallet engaged in editing his gores videos, finishing with help in developing mods. All sane people from the Russian community would agree that this is a good candidate for the role of moderator. Plus he likes to send kitties.
