sparkly_stars, map background automapper

Hi,

I present you a way to create star-filled night skies with a tileset and automapper instead of a background quad.

Pros:
- lowest file-size: 10kB vs 60-400kB
- tile-layers seem to give better fps compared to quads

Tutorial:

1. Fill the background layer with the "Auto Map" tile.

2. Select one of the "AUTO MAP" rules.

3. Click Automap.

Done

If you want to have more stars in the background, simply create another layer with sparkly_stars.
