Since the dicussion seems to come up every week: Should we shut down some servers? People seem really annoyed with the way DDNet is run. Also it seems like we're killing Teeworlds and all other communities.
Ingame chat seems like the wrong medium for this kind of discussion, so go ahead here.

I was going to vote for entire ddnet, but to be fair just the mods that are not ddnet should shut down. You're taking over to much of teeworlds. Stick to ddrace and try to maintane a nice community for that, focus on ddrace but leave the rest alone.

Some other mods wouldn't exist without DDNet anymore.

I agree with Shorefire. DDNet should just focus on ddrace. I also think, that DDNet could destroy the teeworlds community by shutting every server down or by hosting a lot of different gametypes.

Of cause dont shut Down, In my opinion keep DDnet like it used to originally. I mean, DDnet stands for DDracenetwork. Not BlockerCTFCzatchDDraceNetwork, am i right?..

don't trash ddnet bec it has problems, fix the problems

okay, nobody has put love and work in ddrace like deen has, imo, that is really obvious. deen online communities tend to be full of troll & whiners, ppl that just play everyday, they won't post here, but they will miss ddnet if it goes away.

if ddnet has problems, let's talk about how can we improve it, not shut it down because trolls have the loudest voices, just my opinion

Why care about what others say ? I think DDNet should stay the way it is right now.
Teeworlds is dying cause no one is taking care of it, not because of ddnet.
Let players play where they wanna play, there is a reason for it.

Obviously we're running the servers for others to play on. If they cause more problems and pain than bring joy then they should be shut down.

Deen has a point. But honestly, whatever problems ddnet has, i think they can be fixed if we just change a some tthings
