Banned due to game accelerator

I am living in Hong Kong,there are fewer players in servers in Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan than in mainland China, so I turned on the game accelerator(a kind of vpn?) to play on servers in mainland China. Is the use of the vpn forbidden? Because I had several experiences that I played in a map and got halfway through and said I was banned for 10 minutes because of the vpn. Not only that, I can't join the kog maps at all. The reasons as same as the above, I was prompted to be banned for 10 minutes because of the vpn. What should I do or is the problem is unsolvable?

Unfortunately we have to block VPNs because otherwise banned people can easily return to the game. KoG is unrelated, you should get in touch with them: https://kog.tw/
