What about adding a vote like "Don't disturb other players with mapchange!". The vote should be on the top of the voting tab and written in block letters so everyone sees it

This works if there are not idiots in ddracenet servers but i have some doubts about it ^^

how about taking the ability to vote from players who have finished the map for some minutes, so they have to change the server?
wie würdest du es finden wenn Tee's die die map fertig haben für 2-3 minuten nicht voten können (zumindest keine maps) sodass sie den server wechseln müssen. Man könnte die idee ja noch verfeinern, zum beispiel indem man sagt das sie nur nicht voten können, wenn noch mindestens 1/4 der Leute auf dem Server am racen sind oder irgednwie sowas. Da muss es doch eine möglichkeit geben.
