Is there a possibility to get the old colours in Editor back?
I don't really like these orange.

I like this orange, but i also would like to switch colors a bit
group & selected layer -> blue
unused image -> orange (bit less bright)
not embedded image -> red

It's better than the orange one, but it isn't possible to have a colour wich all people like. I'm sure that another person would say that he don't like the blue one.
A solution to set own colours would be better. Maybe easy solution via .cfg-file?

That sounds terrible. I would need to make everything customizable in DDNet client and couldn't change anything anywhere.

I said about blue not rly because i love blue, but because it's better than bright orange

Image should be embedded: Red
Image not used yet: Blue
Selected: Orange
Layer- and Image-View are 2 different screens. So why don't let the Layer-View as it is?

I'm still waiting for your better looking entities. If you have any immediate improvements, please send them. The change for hookable was absolutely necessary since the old one was just too hard to see.

I think selections should have the same color everywhere.
Another try, let's stay with the old dark red and use dark blue (unused image) and dark green (should be embedded) as additional colors:

I like these colours much more. They are not so bright and are looking more clean. It's easier for the eyes, i think.
But, now i see why you wanted to change the colours. Nobody can know that the green ddnet-tiles means that they should be embedded. :/
Maybe use a bright red for it?
People will see it directly and want to remove it, so they fix it fast.

And it could be still a big diffrence to dark marking red?
