Daily, I always have the same lagg in prediction ist this kind balanced periodic kind of prediction error normal?

It's the heart beat of your computer.
This looks really strange, have never seen something like this. Definitely not normal. Only on DDNet servers?

Could be your computer, since the FPS also drops at the same moment. Or another device in your network.
