Because there's a big discussion which map should be added I made this voting.

Some ddneters want to add every map if someone has fun to play it. So the chance there is a map somebody want to play is very high.

On the other hand there are ddneters wanting maps with a high standard. They said if we have 'every' map its hard to find the map they want. But actually they find just crap.

Can you add a vote to delete maps I think are bad or boring that are on ddnet. Thanks.

It's correct that there are good reasons why DDnet is as big as it is.
But i think that the problems and discussions are caused by the size of the community.
More players means more opinions, more different tastes, etc..

It isn't possible to ask every player for his opinion. To do this we would need community-manager and stuff like this.
I have my doubts that this would be possible to implement.

Another solution would be to make an agreement wich is okay for many players as possible.
Ofc this poll isn't representive. That are always the same people who are visiting this forum. There are hundreds of people who don't know anything about this thread here.

Guys, if i can say my opinion we can't delete bad or boring maps because a lot of players played them and ejoied them and now they are officials ddnet maps. Maybe the testers will pay more attention to upload map, but the already uploaded maps can't be removed, for me.
