i can replace all blue tele to red ones if someone want, should be way less faily + moving solo entities a bit could be also good idea...

It is possible that some blue tele are used for cheats.
If you fix them it can cause problems for speedrunner.
Eeasiest thing here would be to place solo-off around
To 9. Still ugly but no fails anymore there.

maybe let's just move CTO9 more left then? + eventually add one more hookable above end of ground to make ppl stop on it in case of lag or something

Someone mentioned it already.
Just make this tele red and place unsolo on TO tele (still spam but ok).

Fixed it. It's still not good, but i don't think that it can be done much better without changing gameplay.
