No its not. Just remember how old this map is. The servers at the time of the release of this map had /spec activated for every map. So I guess /spec is planned in from mapper itself.

If you want to do it its ok but its not needed imho. It isn't a gameplay related problem. Its actually possible to get strong but annoying.

Could any tester say something because deen is too dependent from the testers. He does not have the courage to do even such little things without testers permission.

No he shouldnt. But I guess if nobody (espeaccially the testers) said anything against it, why not.
And I named convining reasons.

EDIT: It doesnt matter anymore. I dont understand why I got a warning. If people get warnings for critisizm thats very uncool.

This is not about my "courage". I neither have the time nor will to decide every single matter about DDNet on my own. This is exactly why we have testers and moderators.

I added a poll whether we should enable /spec on these maps or not.
