had a test with mapper (and dildon sven) and Virus2k, thanks to him

the tiles have to be bigger than the white line, so nobody got a bugged background (depends on resolution) make the generic_unhookables in the background HighDetail

All entities signs removed or added. Not really working part changed to working. "To tele" moved bit higher. Desing bugs fixed.
About unbalanced parts: I added freeze and unfreeze to jetpack part (with mappers premission) - it works well with using dj.
