DDNet Client for Windows 64bit

We now provide DDNet client for Windows 64bit: http://ddnet.org/downloads/

Also, DDNet client is now available for 10 OS/platform combinations in total: Windows, Linux and Mac OS X (all 32bit and 64bit) as well as Android (armeabi, armeabi-v7a, x86, mips).

I hope it works fine and provides (a small) benefit, but please report any problems that you find with it.
