Annoying random on test server

Post by BamBam »

I sometimes get pretty mad, because when I am on the testserver ppl come and try and vote map (I don't want them to be banned, I just want a pw change) and everyone is like "f3!!" Ofc I can force vote no and I do, but then they block me and start voting more and (Lol they know the rcon pw) forcing vote. It is really annoying! D:

you have to ban them, at least for 1 hour or the time you want to have. they won't stop annoying you, **that is teeworlds**. sad thing.

The standard pw for the test server doesn't allow banning, and I somehow can't force vote kick either.

sv_test_cmds 1

is the solution. if you don't use it, you also can't use the move and up/left/right/down commands. also rescue.

Schwertspitze you are kinda wrong or something :D

On the ddnet testservers banning isn't possible for people without admin password (they got something like modpw).

There are 2 testservers hosted in the usa, so there should be a possibility to dodge them Bambam, you can also consider to play on a lan server, if they continue disturbing you.

Oh... I thought you were playing on your own test server....

I read the question again and if I'm right, you want a password change for the servers so these people can't join. it would be better to add kick and ban for mods, but I think you better use a lan server.

How about setting a new pw? the current one is used for a while now and pretty much everyone knows it

Nothing new that ppl disturb hardly on testsrv, difference is only in the person that says it this time.
We want to change things about testing on both forum & servers, that's why pw wasn't changed yet...
