Demo Recording

Has someone found a way to convert a demo into a avi or mp4 cause i need it and H client thingy didnt work it says unoficial demo or somtn
and if i record it with something like fraps wich is only one i got atm( didnt really look into good ones) the quality kinda sucks and is stuck at like 30 fps help pwease

I now use OBS (with AMD hardware acceleration, because i have a r9 390) i recommend using it, search for good settings in internet, but for recording, not streaming.

I guess you can do the same with NVidia with shadow play.
