Not /w.. i mean a Chat system in DDnet client that allowed all players with ddnet chat in all server in ddnetclient

Just use Jabber, ICQ, Skype or whatever you want, outside of Teeworlds?

In many chat programs you can set that you get a small notification, for example at the bottom of the screen, or a sound. Then you can change window and respond.

yes but not all have skype or other programs
