Being banned - unfairly

Hi all, how do i go about reporting a player?
I play on KOG servers, however i joined in from South Africa so i have a high ping.
the username i go by is "200 ping" just to let people know if i dont react timeously thats why. However there is a random player who i have no interaction with, literally joining every server i do, and vote kicking me due to me. Literally wont even be near me.

Naturally people often vote f3 without even knowing situations as they are concentrating on another side of the map etc.

How do i go about reporting him?
