Building DDRace on Windows

Sorry for weird problem again. :c

What dependencies DDNet build script got on Windows? Python, MinGW and Bam or something else?
I never built it on this platform and I'm not sure what to install - and how, as I'm used to typing yaourt -S packagename in xterm and watching it download dependencies automatically. :c

I do it with mingw for DDNet because Visual Studio is too big for my taste.
