@meliodafu and people without ddnet client (or something similiar) do not see the hookcoll too. Thats is a frequently used communication medium i think.

Yeah but the original meaning of hookcoll was something different. ddnet is a great client, but with more and more features we're kinda forcing people to play with ddnet client. Some people - for what ever reason - dont wan't/like the ddnet client. Those people get sidelined and won't be able to play properly.

For real? Most people DO NOT understand me when i shoot around and jump around to tell the person something.

Even if the only thing that makes sense is to hammer me somewhere, they still won't get it.

It might be nice to add more emoticons, but I don't think it's really necessary. I mostly use the gun or the (unfortunately ddnet exclusive) hook-collision-line. Of course you have to use chat if that's not enough but there are many short abbrevations like hf, hr or hh. Most players will understand them and it's imo still faster and easier than a whole bunch of new emotes. So, sure it would be a nice addtion but it would be just another ddnet exclusive feature.
