Move Commands

I updated and now it seems like all my binds are gone.
I have a question, I forgot the commands to force the tee to move in a certian direction.
I binded them too my arrow keys so that I can move through walls when I am admin, useful for testing maps

What are the commands again?

huh?!
That is what I typed in the first place but nothing happend.
Now I type it again and still nothing happens, does somebody know why it doesn't work.
It might be the update :/

The update overwrote the autoexec.cfg, which was necessary because it was insecure to have rcon password rcon by default. So maybe you have to set another password.

I can change the password but some commands just don't work. I can't use super or the move commands..
How can I fix this?

You need to enable "test commands"
sv_test_cmds 1
