Dummy and client have not same ping

When i connected my dummy, i saw that it has better ping than my normal tee. And this is kinda permanent, i mean, its not moving, the difference is always constant. And i can see that pred confirm this, dummy has better ping.

Any idea why?

Some nodes in the internet may prefer some ports over others, even though they shouldn't. DDNet uses random client ports. So if your dummy happens to get a better port by chance, it may get a better route and preferred handling.

But to have a constant 10 ping difference? I guess internet is a strange world
