Yes, first search for traffic problems, because that would mean you have those short lags not just in teeworlds (in other programs you normally wouldn't notice). Then contact your provider just like deen said, and if nothing helps, look for mice near the cables through your house, maybe they are biting it every now and then :0

Grill don't have connection problem tho ^^. Try to stalk ur brother/sister, in my home they keep downloading all the day...

Anyway if there are some works in your city they can make Internet slower... sometimes it happens to me too (but instead of have lag i lose connection) and i return in the server with the timeout protection...
