Ping and lag problems in Brazil servers

Sometimes the server start lagging and all the players can't move loosely. The lag can take about 10 to 20 minutes. In the best case you just have to wait but sometimes the lag starts in the middle of a gore and you lose the game. Its something that is happening everyday on many occasions and simply takes away the desire to play.
Please try to fix this problem, it would be great.
