@dinner I know what you mean, but you said there could be merged all points of all clanmates together. And that would require an account system. Generally its working I but not with points.

That is why nearly all DDrace clans failed?
? don't get what you mean :?
I just mean that clans in DDrace don't work mostly. Ofc this suggestion here could bring new people into clans, but there aren't many people playing this game competitive, there are also not rlly much speedrunners. So i don't think that this would have big success.

As dinner already wrote in first post:
dinner wrote:Next, there would need to be an official way to add players to rosters; otherwise, everyone would put milk and themix on their roster and get lots of points. There could be a way for clan leaders or players to submit a request to add people to a roster - then an admin could quickly take care of this and make sure everything stays regulated (I would be happy to do this ;D).
That doesn't yet require account system, even topic on forum should be theoretically enough - or kind of list that clan leader would send/upload somewhere

Few people were working on something like this--Teeranks--it would essentially automate tw-clanzone.com (roster changes are all manual work right now and Teeranks would automate that), give each clan a MySpace of their own (where people can see stats, roster, comment, challenge, see latest activity, download demos, etc.) and have a login system same as race.teesites.net.

TW side coding is all done (by rick from EVIL) and we haven't touched on making a website for months due to some excuse by one person. When this is done, I took on the role to take care of statistics.

If DDNet does this--combine tw-clanzone.com and race.teesites.net--for both DD and vanilla, it would be the most amazing thing ever.
