Server lagged

95.172.92.151:8323 lagged all day today, but weird thing here.
My dummy not got anylags instead of main tee time at a time :

a While ago i also got this on one of our servers with my dummy getting 600 ping and you can see the lag but my main Tee was not affected dc'ing and reconnecting didnt fix it. It was like something was targeting one side of your client or something

The dummy is handled like its own client. And on every join a dummy gets a random port number. Some ports might be routet unfavourable by your hoster. So you should go to your ISP and blame him for this unneutral way of routing the internet.

@kamilentee, the half(or even more) players of the server got lags from different county`s in same time occasionally

Sounds even more like a problem with the ISP.
For instance on german servers all customers of Deutsche Telekom get a high ping in the evening, others not.
