Dummy connect: it's getting annoying

When you connect dummy the tee often/always/sometimes moves to the right. In enough cases people failed due to that

99% you call your Dummy when you are at start so its ok.
And it Happens when you press a key before

It's probably some uninitialized memory. But since I get it extremely rarely on Linux I could never reproduce and fix it.

You could try nightly builds, should be fixed now (at least I could not reproduce it anymore).
