HI I would like to tell you that a lot of players from the Russian community would like more servers + Russian site, as you know the average age of players in this game is 15-16 years ... According to this, not all Russian-speaking players can read in English, I would like to implement the idea for the Russian-speaking community - DDRus ... I have already started to transfer some data from the servers ddnet.org, its subdomains to show exemplary operation that will be in my future, but in the direction of the talk here is a start: I have not started to translate ... only copying. //ddrus.hol.es. It would have been easier if some web programmer associated with teevorlds would contact me. And I would like to know how to look on this future a group of leaders. Like onion.ly and anothers... More servers of what kind? I guess we could upgrade the VPS and run a few more, but no idea what's in demand. The current ones don't seem overfilled either.

deen, hi im talking not about servers only, but russian language... i and much russian players want w-s on rus lang, its rly good that u r optimized ddnet.org for Apple devices, but i guess that it will be good song for rus community if they heard that ddrus will run soon. Run servers it isnt so hard, but fully translate ddnet and copy+ assign with ddnet players and rank system, that the hardest.

as u can see over then 10 servers from ger too empty, today I came to the Russian servers, and saw that all the servers are filled. Here is quation why ru community cant have so much servers too? or u think its easy to understand map editor on eng lang? its pretty hard for rus community

Because the limiting factor on the Russian server is RAM and extending it costs money.

From what I heard the current administration is planning to shut down DDNet soon, so I wouldn't donate or sponsor a server.

This is not true, we are certainly not planning to shutdown ddnet.

@paulmost: as deen already said there is no real need of more russian servers (if you really want more servers you could sponsor another server in russia). So this is rather about a website and russian forum. If you really want to build an own russian community contact me via skype (you got a pm).
