Can't turn on Antiping

Hello, ive got the problem, that i cant turn on Antiping.
Got the newest version of ddnet, so there shouldnt be the problem.
If i start ddnetclient, and i dont join a game, i "can" turn it on in options, and cl_antiping value is 1, but at the time i join a game it turns off to cl_antiping 0, or in other words, i cant turn it on in the options, no matter what i try.
(Turning it on in ddnet_settings isnt helping either)
