probably you did used borderline feature. Just remove it. (guess it freeze or tele tile)

Out of all the available hostings, not even mentioning forum attachments, you had to choose the one that redirected me about 150 times to spam ads before I could see the screenshot for less than 2 seconds as next fall of redirects was about to come...

Border is actually made of (un)hookable in most times, but yea, as Ninjed pointed already, just normally remove such things when you don't want them. And if you're not sure what the thing is, try using "info" button - if it will show little numbers (index) it's a tile (entity, whatever naming you prefer), if not, it will be quad.
