some funboys are ddosing ddnet... can we do somethig or hel in some ways or just try to play with lag?

When the spikes are over 2MB/s in https://ddnet.org/stats/server/#ger.ddnet.org then east and I are informed about the attack. In this case I got a message, but unfortunately there is not much I can do. If the attack is not visible in the server stats then please inform an admin. If a single attacker uses the same kind of attack often we can try and block that kind.

its getting to a point where ddnet ger isnt playable anymore in the evenings/late afternoon

There should be a way of getting the information about the attackers sending packets, so you could follow the IP as well. All in all you could make a report to this guy and get a refund.

As far as i remember the packets are sent by multiple bot pc's

The ddos is strong! I'm writing this while waiting situation unlocks on tournament GER #1 on saturday... I hope tomorrow it won't be like this!
