Hitode is japanese word for starfish :3
but sorry, i cant describe how to pronounce it :x

Tested the map with sushi, that's awesome map, where you need to know where to go. Map very faily and very confusing.
And i'd rate it as 4-5 stars. Just awesome sushi ^_^
