Is there any way to inject some code in to game files so when i would press disconnect my player would get timeout protection?

Alt-tab and close the cmd prompt?
Why trying to make things complicated when there are easy ways :P

'Press dc and timeout protection used' Thats just a stupid idea. xD Everytime You stop playing teeworlds someone tries to talk with u and ure not there
