How do the tunezone like in Killstreak 1?

Last 2 parameters aren't needed for inverted hook, i think?

It should be fixed and the last 2 lines should not be needed for ddnet solo servers anymore.

You can type this into your local console (f1) to show tunings: dbg_tuning 1
