NA needs a moderator

Broken is no longer around.

It's quite unfortunate that preliminary step on to becoming a moderator/admin/etc. is to be known by the current mods/admins/etc., at least judging from previous posts (and one post said this explicitly). So, I would like to make recommendations. Hopefully, I won't be typing the following for nothing:

Carl
dinner (already a mod or...?)
fatal

As a side note, Carl does not reside in NA, but speak English, always play in NA servers, and is in the same timezones. Mainly, I chose these players because they have never and probably will never rage/talk trash.

Carl is very trustworthy, but I worry that he would be too soft on people - it wouldn't hurt I suppose, if he wants to try. I don't see fatal on DDRace too often, so can't say anything about him.
The NA community is fairly peaceful though; I don't think there's a huge need for mods there.
