How to make death tiles like this?

first of all, you must add your quad.

If you klick + Shifton a red Point then you can zoom into the Quad

If you klick on two red points + Shift then you can transform the lengh or high of the quad

If you take the two diagonal red points + Shift you can choose the right spot, that you would like to use.

Thanks for the tutorial Vasten100, might be useful for more people :3
Oh, and you even used screenies, thats awesome. As a short addition: You can do this with almost any tileset and/or image. So for example, you want to have any ingame emote (hearts, zzZ etc.) as an ingame quad: Just copy the emoticons.png (teeworlds/data) to your mapres folder, add the image to your map and follow Vasten's tutorial :D
