Help dilate and graphic tools

I need to dilate this image, when i do it it turns black why??

Same with other graphic tools. help pls

I don't know what was wrong, I just opened and saved it with GIMP and then dilate worked. Maybe some weird PNG settings that TW's png library doesn't understand:

i added the layer but the image doesnt apppears.... why me, kill me pls (i made this with cs5 photoshop)

Click on "Add Quad".
Also, maybe look at a mapping tutorial or ask an experienced mapper to help you a bit.

i expressed myself bad, i mean when i add the image there is no image, you know what i mean? i know how to add a quad i'm not stupid..

Its a full transparent image (?)

You have to click on my attachment, and then save it. Don't save the preview picture.
