Double post in chat bug

so theres this bug that only happens when i have my dummy connected and im in /pause and i use team chat
and it posts my message twice? does anyone else have this? i presume im not the first person to have this bug

Edit: this might be a server side bug but idk

That's known and I don't know how to fix it. The problem is that the client doesn't know whether it's paused or in actually in spectator team.
