Editor - Switchting Layers

Editor - Switchting Layers

What about adding the possibility to change layers by pressing the "arrow_down and arrow_up" button? This would make some things a lot easier for me

I`m suggested about switching layers by dragging here, but ur version is easily to make(i guess) and nice too!
