I don't know if it's bug or intended, but I think it needs a fix, because it's pretty annoying.

Oh yes, there were quite many bugs like that, what scared me. I can't be sure that I fixed all of them because it's hard to check every single teleport on 70 not small maps.

A forris tele just appeared. It's like in Sky Island 3 at the last part, there are 6 hidden teles that send you back.

And if you didn't fix that one too: In part 8 (tele 8) there is some port missing and you can through the spears (port tiles)
