Sounds: GOOD OR BAD?
Yes you know
For me the sounds are the BETTER THING EVER!!!
But, nobody use sounds in teeworlds
Becouse the ddrace freeze sound is So annoying
Uh ah i hu....
Then when you use a sound in a map all can't hear it...
I think you have to put an advise on the news and say:
Put the sounds on in teewolrds becouse some map can have sounds!
And maybe put in the option a thing:
If you check this thing you can be able to hear the map sounds, but no the freeze the hook and the weapons (annoying ) sounds...

nico sounds are useless anyway they are to big right now

Hm, I don't understand how players can live without hook sound. How do you know whether you just hooked a normal wall or an unhookable (if you can't see the hook)? Without sound I notice that way too late.
Relating all the annoying sounds: We still can add a lot of more options to enable/disable specific sounds. But it requires some server interaction since the client doesn't know what kind of source a sound has. So no support for non-ddnet servers.

U could delete the sounds you don't like out of folder.

Or just rename them, instead of deleting

I have changed some of the sounds just because they're so annoying, you could try it too. Maybe make them less noisy?

Would it be possible to put a standard sound pack in the ddnet client download so you don't have to 'embedd' them? Maybe use the newly gained space after some skins have been removed from the client download..
