I mean it's not redrawed, it's ready tile which goin' over any type of photoshop filters, right?

yes, its not completely redrawed. its based on the 'generic' tile. the generic's outline is good enough so that its no necessary to draw a new one.

its not just filters. filters are good and easy but its bad effect even if i do some adjustment
